I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
Undoubtedly constructed by an unknown tourist in the tradition of the peoples of the Arctic, two stone stacks stand on a large boulder at the edge of Lake Michigan at the very tip of the Leelenau Peninsula in the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan. The Leelenau Peninsula is sometimes referred to as the little finger of Michigan and so is easy to find on a map. Copyright 2013 Ann Horn. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Thank you very much, Patricia. In addition to these inuksuk, there were countless smaller stacks scattered on that rocky tip of land.

Thanks, Lianne, for sharing your thoughts about this image. I felt a strong sense of exhilaration and at the same time peace as I lingered there at the edge of the lake two weeks ago.
Patricia Strand
I agree with Lianne. It is powerfully moving. The hand of man in a natural landscape. It says "we are here." Well done!!
Lianne Schneider
For some reason Ann, this image makes me want to cry. There is something so powerfully moving about this recreation of a more ancient tradition, the sense of need to hold on and not forget...especially set against the timelessness of the great lake or the sea. I just adore this.
